This notice covers the public 10KMRR website, early-access application, and privacy-request form. The product itself is not yet live.
What we collect
The early-access form collects your name, email, selected growth workflow, product description, and—if you choose to provide it—your product URL. A privacy request collects the contact details and message needed to respond.
Why we collect it
We use application details to review early-access fit and contact you about that application. We use privacy-request details only to identify and respond to your request. Submitting either form creates no account and starts no payment.
Where it goes
Forms are processed and stored by Netlify on 10KMRR’s behalf. Netlify acts as the website hosting and form-processing provider. You can read Netlify’s privacy statement for its own processing practices.
How long we keep it
Early-access application details are kept while the program is being evaluated and for no longer than 12 months after submission, unless a longer period is legally required. Privacy-request details are kept only as long as needed to complete and document the request.
AI training and selling
Website form submissions are not product inputs and are not used to train 10KMRR product models. 10KMRR does not sell the personal information submitted through these forms.
Website analytics
This site does not currently run advertising analytics or set marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical request logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted. Use the request form below and include the email address used in the original application so the record can be located.
